Good quality for the price & perfect for the Renaissance Faire. I put it on the tightest setting for my son and it worked well.

So I ordered the style Brown C and what came in the mail looked nothing like it. It’s riveted together in too many places so it won’t lay on your shoulders or arms correctly since the faux leather is so thick and stiff, it looks more like samurai pauldrons because it will not conform to the shape of your body. There is no fold in the style I bought unlike the other options they offered so when its strapped down to you, it kinda just flairs out to the sides of you instead of being snug like the image they give as an example on the listing. Also, I have above average size shoulder and chest and even with the tightest I can pull the straps, it still sits very loosely and extremely awkwardly. I will def be returning these ones since I already purchased a different version to replace this one.

It’s really cool when worn but within the first time trying it on the strap on my left bicep just popped right off. I’ll have to brainstorm how to make a permanent fix.

Totally got this for a cosplay I'm working on. Had way more effects then expected. The wife's making me wear only it around the house while I do chore and she yells at me with a whip. It's really 8 stars but they won't let me make that selection.

If you have wide shoulders and a big chest these do not fit very well.. My chest is 52 inches and the arm straps ended up in my armpits and is uncomfortable.

Style C is not as shown in photos. It came riveted in 3 places at each joint including the midline, so it is physically impossible for it to articulate and flex as shown in the photos. I'm trying to decide whether to send it back immediately or try drilling out the midline rivet.Otherwise the material is as described, cheap but sturdy synthetic leather and fittings, and could be used if riveting is reworked.

I figured it would be kind of cheap. First time I put it on 3 rivets popped out of it. 🤦🏼‍♂️ Luckily I planned on modding it my own way but still. Straight out of the package.
