Excellent satnav , good size screen and easy to use. I’m a HGV driver and can program my vehicle size and weight to avoid any problems. Highly recommend!!

Husband got it as he finds work from agency so it great item bit expensive but it is great for lorry drivers can down load Europe

Great product Well packaged and undamaged Took 5 mins to set up Will need map updates but easily update via WiFi Better charger cable as typ c 5 inch screen so not so obtrusive in windscreen. Works perfectly for coach truck and car easy to switch between Quick delivery ( next day) Light weight Clear screen and operating system

I bought this TomTom GO Professional 2nd gen as an upgrade from my older GO Professional 520. The new model is noticeably faster and has a sharp, clear display, although I find the map colors more faded compared to the older version, which had much richer tones. Unfortunately, the device randomly turns off during use and sometimes takes 15-20 minutes to restart, showing the screen with a red triangle and computer icon. After turning it back on, it works again for 10–20 minutes before shutting down once more, repeating the same cycle endlessly. I tried updating, resetting, and restoring, but the issue persisted. The sound is also disappointingly quiet, even at maximum volume, which makes it hard to hear directions while driving. The new mount design is a big step backward - the old magnetic system was quick and solid, but now it’s replaced by a flimsy plastic clip that’s difficult to align and feels easy to break. Mounting and removing the unit takes much longer. Sadly, I’ll have to return it and go back to my older GO Professional 520, which, despite being slower, was more reliable and user-friendly.

I have been using this Sat Nav for 5 weeks now. Bought it for work HGV class 1 driving / double deckers. Honestly it’s let me down few times - city driving, don’t recognise bridge weight restrictions. Not always. Directed me to make turns into roads with 18t restrictions. At traffic lights where no turn allowed asking me to make a turn. Got jammed at junctions not always updating. Mostly leading you the correct route but not recognising restrictions all the time. Yes I did input correct details for Height Width Length. A bit of hit and miss when using it. On Uk motorways seams to be doing ok, traffic updates, dual carriageways, B roads had no issues yet. Reads bridge heights just fine so far. It needs to be more accurate. I have considered returning it. It is updated but still. Feels like old technology outdated. The way it processes information is slow. Suction cup that hold it in place on windshield do not always holds it in place. That can be annoying as it keeps falling off. Go figure. I bought 6” version. My experience

Why did you choose this product over others?: I’m a truck driver and needed to up date so I picked a Tom Tom as I regard them as the best,I’ve set it up for width length and height for bridges. IT hasn’t let me down yet I would reckamend it to anybody who is looking for a reliable peice of kit to get you around the country .
