How often do you add this to your aquarium? And Do you recommend after a water change

I use 2 pumps per week in the 10 gals. shrimp aquarium, prior to the plants establishing a root system I used 3 pumps per week. In the 55 gals. aquarium I use 8 t0 9 pumps per week, due to it being established for over 23 years. I do not use ThriveS after each water change unless my fertilizing schedule happens on the same day as the water change. The amount of light and how heavily an aquarium is planted would dictate the amount to used. Start slowly and watch how
