Veramente un ottimo prodotto, valido sotto tutti i punti di vista, dalla qualità dei materiali alla facilità di utilizzo e di pulizia. L'affettatrice è leggera e non è ingombrante, quando è chiusa occupa veramente poco spazio e può essere riposta in un qualunque mobile. E' quindi indicata anche per coloro che non hanno la possibilità di tenerla stabilmente pronto uso sul piano cucina. La lama può essere pulita facilmente con un panno-spugna bagnato (io non utilizzo detersivo), così come tutto il resto della struttuta. Per gli angoli un pò più difficili da raggiungere utilizzo uno stuzzicadenti. Gli accessori in plastica (vaschetta di raccolta affettati e gli altri due pezzi che servono per tenere fermo il pezzo da tagliare) si lavano facilmente con acqua e detersivo piatti. E' possibile regolare lo spessore della fetta e il taglio è preciso. Vale i soldi spesi.
