The orange flavour is better (IMO) but these are probably the second most pleasant flavour. Compared to many other pre-workouts (such as Grenade 50-cal) these are surprisingly palatable. The ingredients list is sound, even if some of the quantities are a little lower. However I find these give me a good boost without any unpleasant side effects on gut, or "jitteriness" some other pre-workouts deliver. They are my regular go-go. Recommended.
