Turned out great!
I noticed my stamped concrete patio that was installed 2 years ago looked pale and dry in spots, the surface no longer beaded when it got wet, and took longer to dry after rain, so I decided it was time to re-seal it.I decided to tackle the job myself after watching a couple of YouTube videos. I initially bought 4 gallons of the sealer since my patio is 18' x 30' and I wasn't sure 3 gallons would be enough to do two coats. I ended up using 2 1/2 gallons, so I returned the extra one.The sealer--which was thinner than I thought it would be--was easy to apply with a 3/8" paint roller and extension pole. It took me about 45 minutes to apply the first coat, I waited about 2 hours for it to dry and applied a second coat with the traction additive. There was some unexpected light rain for a few minutes about 6 hours later, but the sealer seemed to be dry enough so there was no bubbling. I will say that there was some veining in spots for a few days (probably due to fine surface cracks where the sealer penetrated deeper and took longer to dry), and there was a slight white haze in the deeper parts of the pattern after it rained, but both issues disappeared after the sealant had fully cured after a couple of weeks (the fact that we had no rain probably helped).I'm very happy with the result; the color evened out, water beads on the surface now, and even when wet, the patio isn't slippery (I highly recommend purchasing the traction additive). I'll definitely purchase this sealer again when it's time to re-seal.

Worked well
Used this product on 10 year old stamped concrete. I rolled it on with a good quality paint roller. The walkway looks great after only 1 coat . Saved a fortune on doing this myself. Highly recommended

Excellent results!
I used this product on my stamped concrete patio. The patio itself is over 20 years old and up until about 5 years ago was uncovered and exposed to the elements. It’s only been sealed 2-3 times in its life. I tell you this because I want you to know it has not been well cared for and I had little hope I could get it back to looking good again. This sealer brought it back to life! I prepped it by giving it a thorough pressure washing and let it dry for 2 days. I used a standard paint roller with a long handle and a foam roller. The outside temperature was about 100 degrees and patio was not in direct sunlight. Product label said that 1 gallon would cover 150 square feet. My patio is 350 square feet and I got 2 coats out of 1 gallon. Go figure. ? I applied coats back to back. No wait time. because of the temperature the first coat was dry by the time I finished it. I’ve included a picture of the results. Hope it helps.

Easy to use, go's a long way
There seems to be a question on how much sealer a gallon will cover. I just sealed a 12 x22 patio and an 8 x 4 walk with one gallon. I used a 3/4 in nap roller vs a spray can. Easyer to see the material and control the application. My patio is two years old and was sealed when installed. The sealer was pretty much gone. there was no water beading after a rain and has been power washed two times. So after a good cleaning and a couple days of hot weather I sealed it. It was a cool overcast day, Which I think allowed the product to go further. But I covered 296 sq. feet with a little left in the one gal bottle Bottle says will cover 100 to 150 sq. feet. Looks great, will see how it beads after a rain.

Good first gallon, not so good with second one
I liked the first gallon that I got; it gave the surface (brick and concrete sidewalk) a nice shine. However, the second gallon that I got seemed very diluted when compared to the first gallon. My sense is that quality control is lacking in the production process to ensure consistency in the product performance.

Great product. Easy for DIY
It was my first time to seal to concrete. I decided to try this out because many people said it was pretty easy in the reviews. My patio is around 700-800 sqft. I bought only 3 gallon. Because the concrete was new, i just bought a concrete cleaner from homedepot and rinse it after. Waited for 1 and half days. Then apply the 1st coat with a 3/4 in roller. I realized that 3 gallons might not be enough because the gap of stamp concrete will easily consume the sealer when the roller reach it. I started to avoid putting too much sealer on roller each time, which can save some sealer but takes more time. It took an hour to finish the 1st coat. Then i waited 1 hour before i started the 2nd coat.I forgot to put on a mask when applying the sealer but didn't feel any odor.It looks shinny in the second day. Pretty easy for a beginner, no bubble.
