I discovered after receiving the letterbox that the length is wrong, it says 265mm and it's 250mm and even more importantly the drill hole sizes are wrong, they are 228mm and not 236mm as stated. If the sizes would of been as stated, it would of worked fine. So if you are hoping for a straight replacement to your existing letterbox, think again, as you'll need to drill new holes in your front door and also cut away the two plastic protrusions with a hacksaw. The item gets 1 star as one of the must important features, "the actual sizes" are wrong.

Although good product not as detailed in size. Diagramsshow as 265mm but item is actually 250mm. This is important as likely replacmeent ofr existing item and needs to fit space available.
