It was a gift and turned out to be a really practical item while travelling. Everything necessary can be packed into this little bag which is small enough to be slipped even into a handbag and big enough to be easily found. Good find.

Excellent product

I love this case, however, after only having it a week its already ripping at the seams! the fabric is coming away and fraying around the edges and where the blood glucose reader goes its wearing out. The velcro is so strong that it's pulling it apart when you try and open it. I thought maybe I just got a bad batch and started a return on the first one, I brought another giving it the benefit of the doubt, but before even putting anything in it the fabric is fraying under the elastic so will be sending that back too!. Really disappointed as I haven't found another case that I like that holds everything so easily.

Perfect to keep insulin pen safe and cold. Looks good too

Really poor quality, stitching started to come undone within a couple of months. Hasn’t lasted dd anywhere near as long as her previous diabetes case by another manufacturer! Very disappointed in quality for something that is known to be used on a daily basis. Looks good to start with, is spacious enough for a full kit with pens
