I really like the ease of these BCAAs. I can just put them in my gym bag, rip the serving open, and eat it. Much less trouble than having to mix powder in water.I’ve also tried it in water but the taste isn’t as good. They don’t taste great, but they make me feel less sore after working out and I feel more energetic during my workout. It’s a trade-off but worth it for me

It does what it is supposed to do so I gave it 4 stars. My own issues come from the fact that I didn’t read the description closely. I am not a fan of this grainy powder.

The taste is ok but the mix wont fully dissolve, packets feel like they have been opened. Contents already clumpy.

First used these like 12 years ago for long mountain bike rides and thought they were great. Rediscovered them again recently for long rows strength training. Feel like they really help with decreased recovery times and fatigue. Highly recommend.

I need to 1st mention that I do LIKE ( a lot ) this product. It has awesome TASTE, definitely has key ingredients that I WANT and has worked well for me from slower paced workouts like GENTLE YOGA or PILATES MAT but has the kick to support me in long running like HALF MARATHONS or CrossFit, TRX and KETTLEBELL classes that really keep my heartrate up and sweating like a champ ! With all that said, I do have a MAJOR pet peeve. The PROPRIETARY FORMULA at 2.5g leaves too much unspoken....I cant be 100% behind a product that for whatever THEIR reason, lumps stuff into the 'PROPRIETARY' label....I NEED and DEMAND full 100% TRANSPARANCY with my supplements !! I usually NEVER use the products that use this format because frankly...there are so many others out there that DISCLOSE everything fully that I migrate to those. IT ALL ABOUT PERCEPTION HERE....and perception is that something is being hidden when I am sure in many cases is not the intent while there are many if not MORE companies who do have something to hide and this is a place they do it....BE TRANSPARENT Amino Vital ! Your products taste great, are priced respectfully AND work ( for me ) so why not BE TRANSPARENT....all it takes is listing the actual % of the included ingredients...And also, it would be a bonus to have info as to where they are sourced and an independent certification like INFORMED CHOICE or CERTIFIED FOR SPORT ( NSF )....

Great product! Convenient, no mixing, tastes good, surprisingly reminds me of a pixie stick. Works fast and definitely gives you energy to power through workouts. A little pricey, but well worth it!
