These gel heel pads have been a great help for daily comfort. They’re soft, cushioned, and really do a nice job absorbing shock when walking or standing for long periods. My son noticed less heel soreness after using them, especially while running. They were easy to apply and stayed in place well thanks to the adhesive backing. I also like that they can be washed and reused, which makes them feel like a good value. The only minor downside is that they may feel a little bulky in tighter shoes, but in most sneakers and casual shoes they fit just fine. Overall, a solid option if you need extra heel support and pain relief.

These things are a life saver (well, a heel saver)! Every now and then I get a little "plantar" or bruise on my heel. I just slip one of these under the offending foot and within a day or so, the pain stops. Seriously good product, worth every penny.

Was hoping they would be sticking better in sandals but I added double sided Velcro and they stick fine now. Comfortable too.

Relatively speaking, I’m giving this one three stars. Shipment was fast, no problems. Very good value for the price, if you can stand the “pea under the mattress”! The gel here definitely relieves my heel pain in my cam/walking boot. But I cannot have arch support in my heel, as I had a bunionectomy with reconstruction of my arch. the edge going to the ball of the foot is not tapering to flat, and has about an eighth of an inch drop off, which I can feel under my foot when I’m walking. Kind of like a crease (in sock bottom) that gets more annoying and irritating and eventually painful. Hence, I thought of the princess and the pea story. I am more sensitive than the average person, so it may work for you. I have included a photo comparing other heel gels that I also ordered and I’m trying out, I have high hopes for the last one!

These are a life saver, I usually stomp when I walk and I also stand on my feet for 6-7 hours working. I bought two pairs and I just changed them throughout all my shoes, they were very well. The only downside is that because it is a sticky gel. A lot of lint gets stuck to it so every 2 to 3 days don’t forget to wash them with warm water, and let them air dry. They dry pretty quickly, but it is totally worth it if you’re on your feet and you don’t want to feel any shock if you are a hard stepper.

I only used these a couple of days and found them to be too narrow. If you don't line your feet and the heel pads perfectly, you get a hard edge of the pad making a groove in your heel causing walking to be uncomfortable. They need to be an eighth to a quarter of an inch wider so any foot will fit.

My son has struggled with heel pain while playing both baseball and football, and these heel pads have made a big difference. He put them in his cleats, and they’ve helped relieve the pain so he can stay active and comfortable on the field. I really like that they have a self-adhesive backing—it keeps them securely in place instead of sliding around in the shoe when they’re not being worn. Simple to use and very effective!

Bought these for my left foot as I have a metal plate in there and had been having knee pain for years. Been trying a new running stlye where I land on the front outer ball and these add a push up at the rear when my foot rolls back. Early days but looking good. Actually went to order another set but the price has trippled in the two weeks since I ordered them, not sure what thats all about (didn't re-order)
