I’ve been taking Blue Burn (typically 3x daily) since March and I have had an extremely positive experience. I was looking for a workout enhancer/metabolism booster and it’s done both, plus cuts down on cravings that have led to less random snacking and ultimately some weight loss. Easy to take, interesting taste — not in a bad way! Zero negative side effects. It’s kind of pricey, but the results are worth it.

I think I probably need to order this more then once to see a difference, but unfortunately I didn't notice a change at all. The taste was honestly good. Sweet? Easy to take. I might try again when I want to order for 3 months.

At first I seemed to notice a bit of energy and mood improvement (used a dropperful in my morning pre workout concoction that also contains creatine, eaas, minerals, collagen and protein). After a two months of 6 day per week use, no noticeable effect anymore and no change to weight or metabolism. Also walking 10-15k steps per day and lifting weights 5-6 days per week. Ended my subscription and will use up my supply but likely won’t repurchase.

Save your money - did nothing for me except waste 30 mornings of a routine that gave no results

Love it! This is my third bottle. It really works and makes me feel great. I’ve noticed I have more energy and feel lighter when I take it. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a natural way to support your body.

I purchased the mini box and was very happy. Bought the burn and loved it. It helps with tension and appetite but I don’t feel that the bottle last long.
