It works great! Heats up within a minute or so, and that's at the lower setting. It easily adjusts temperature with 6 options ranging from 104F to 149F so it can be over clothing and still feel warm. Both settings help a lot with cramps.Initially I thought the adjustable band was too small, but quickly realized you want the heat pad to be flush to your body for best results.

Very good, heats up pretty fast. Wish the battery lasted longer, when i first got it it was at 76 so I tried it out and within 10 mins it was at 63. I say it lasts maybe 2 hours? The charging doesn’t take too awfully long. But overall love it. Very portable.
