Works as a lens hood should. Quality is there and consistent. The rubber hood is universal and is a keeper. Highly recommended

This is a good 72mm lens hood set. I actually only need the tulip flower hood which screws onto the top most lens filter. With the lens hook that screws on the lens barrel, it blocks the access to the filter. This hood is on top of the filter so the hood works well with filters. I don't really like the rubber hood as it was bent out of shape during shipping. But I don't need it anyway.

I have an old, but very good Tokina lens that is 77mm. Over the years, I had lost the lens hood and the lens shade. The ones I had seen for sale were too expensive. These were a great value and fit my lens perfectly. Not sure that I will use the collapsible lens shade, but the tulip shade will be used frequently.

This does not work on a Nikon Coolpix P1000 as advertised. The hoods screw into the inside ring of the lens. The hoods do not connect like the Nikon factory tulip hood on the outside of the lens. Both lens hoods (rubber collapsible and plastic tulip) are visible in photos. Not recommended for the P1000. I'm returning this item.

I was skeptical about these hoods given the price compared to the factory items from Nikon but I am surprised. They are quite good and for the money, very good indeed. The collapsible hood is my favorite for its versatility. They may not be a favorite for hard core professional photographers but I like them a lot for what I do.

Bought this item for a used Sony RX10 IV that didn't include a lens hood but that has 72mm threads for mounting a filter. The threads on both the rubber and plastic tulip hoods barely engaged the lens threads. The fit was so loose that one could literally remove the hood without unscrewing it either by gently pulling it off or by accidently knocking it off...not good.I ended up buying this Sony lens hood: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B06ZYPP7WP/

Got two hoods, one a soft rubber hood that folds in and out, and a tulip lens which is of hard plastic, plus an extra lens cap with a elastic strap that holds the lens cap. Very good price and service, as the product arrived on time.

These universal lens hood are great if you are missing a lenshood on your lens. It’s a universal fitment as long as you match it with the same front filter diameter. The pedal shape hood seem to be very durable, but the rubber hood is very flimsy but it’s much more compact and you can easily compress it down and store it away.It’s very simple to install. All you have to do is screw it in just like any other lens filter size I bought mine is 67mm and it fits my lens perfectly.These are great for wide angle, lens, as well as telephoto lens, and also a good value for what it is.
