Fixed a tear in a treadmill belt
I repaired a 1-1/4" tear in a treadmill belt using glue and tape. The tear was at the seam, on the edge of the belt on a ProForm treadmill. I used "Super Glue for Rubber Repair" and "Gorilla Waterproof Patch & Seal Tape 4-inch". After two weeks of treadmill use, it has held. How: Carefully glue the tear on the top of the belt (the side where you foot strikes). Ensure you have cardboard below the tear so the glue does not leak thru the crack onto the board below. After the glue dries, cut the tape to fit over the tear. You'll need two pieces for top and bottom. Remove the protective tape and place sticky side over tear. Repeat for other side. I then stepped on the tape to make it sure it was securely in place. I also placed a small amount of silicone lube on the tape seam, bottom side to keep the tape from sticking on the rollers & board as the machine was running. $22 in glue\tape was much better than spending $120 for a new belt.

Great Lego glue!
I am 52 and just built my first Lego set. I helped my kids when they were growing up, but for the most part they built their own. I wanted to build the Pixar UP house and put it my classroom, but I also did not want to be picked apart by high schoolers, so I looked up how to glue a Lego set. Everything told me use MEK, but I could not find anything less than a gallon that would ship to me by the time I needed it. This popped up an alternative, so I thought I would give it a try. I bought 2 Double packs because I thought the bottles were pretty small. Each individual box came with 3 tube-like things to put on the end that make it REALLY easy to put the glue where you want it and how much. The set I was building had 600 pieces and I barely used a 1/4 of the bottle. A little goes a loooooong way and I may or may not have gotten glue on fingers, hands, etc. This stuff dries quickly, so try not to make a mistake. My set is nice and secure. I would recommend this if you want to glue your Legos. Glue while you build and no glue will show. I used mine between blocks. Hope this helps!

Glue
First the glue does not work. I’m trying to glue filament from my 3d printer and the parts don’t stick! I have tried more glue and cleaning parts with alcohol and it still doesn’t stick. It doesn’t even act like it’s softening the plastic, which every other super glue I have used before has done.
