It's so great to have Laundress laundry determent back! I love the "fresh sheets" signature smell of the original. This is the best laundry detergent I have ever used, and it even makes wash day a bit less of a pain. Expensive, I guess, but to me it's worth it. Cleans my clothes very well and made by a small company committed to quality. I only wish they still had their wonderful bleach, which I also loved.

A friend recommended this to me for my daughter’s white tennis shoes. The brush that you can get is also good (soft small brush). I wet the shoes, put the detergent on the brush, and scrub the shoes, rinse, then do it again. Rinse well, dry with a towel and then set out in the sun. They don’t turn your shoes yellow and they clean very well. My daughter is very hard on her shoes and they look brand new every time. Buy this stuff. You can also use this detergent on gym clothes or any clothes. It’s luxurious feeling and smells good too.

It’s not the same. Not only did they change the formula, but the scent is different, not in a good way either. I have used The Laundress since they used to allow you to ship your laundry to them. It’s the scent that my children have grown up with. I never cared about the price, it was the value of clean clothes, products that were made for my delicate fabrics, and a scent that was very pleasant but not overwhelming. Just put us in a sublime mood. While the Company was reformulating all of the products and a lot have yet to return on the market, I began making my own detergent. It’s a lot of work. I am sad and I guess disappointed that they didn’t make the scent the same, or did not realize that the “New” detergent smells muted and off. I think I will be staying with the replacement of a really thin white bottle with a little pink lid for my silks, wool, and cashmere. While I salve over the stove and oven to continue to make my own detergent for the price of $0.75 per pound.

Meh, smells kinda Lysol to me. Wasn’t a fan maybe was the scent ?? Not sure. I like the method beach sage detergent better

I’ve read so much about this product, but was disappointed in the scent. It’s not very strong. I will go back to my Tyler products.
