Quality product, great value during Black Friday. Neighbors are envious as they only have plain e-bikes. I feel safer on this trike and all parts were included and it was easy for my husband to assemble. Remember to purchase mirrors as they are not included. I also purchased a wider seat with a back rest. It rides well.

This thing is so cool! I’ve always wanted to get an e-bike but got the trike because of the baskets. It is very different from riding a two wheel bike though. I usually turn off the electric motor and pedal through turns because it feels like it wants to flip and you can’t really lean it like a regular bike. Aside from that though, it goes 15.5 mph and has pretty good torque. I am 5’11” and 185 pounds and it takes off very easily from a standing position. As for assembly? It took me about an hour but the instructions are VERY well done and have very clear images. My toddler could probably have followed the instructions. It even comes with all the tools you need and a little bike tool kit for maintenance on the go. The seat is very comfortable but I ordered one with a backrest and plan to order a bench seat for the back to put my two kids in.

Super nice bike! Got one for my son who has TBI. Great quality, heavy duty, excellent stability. Ordered a second one for myself so I can ride with my son. Great service department that has worked with us in every way possible. Assembly easy enough for a 65 year old woman to handle. Very happy with this purchase

My husband and I love our trikes! We are in our 70’s Best way to get exercise! Great value for the money, my husband put both of them together and said it was pretty easy he watched the video first and it helped. the battery life is amazing we usually ride 2/3 miles a day and the battery is good for a couple of weeks. We have a lot of fun and yes they are a very smooth ride we’ve even ridden them on a gravel road and still a smooth ride!

Edit: I bumped this up to 3 stars when the seller finally offered to send a new fork. After several days and messages back and forth, I sent a video of the fork not budging. They also offered a $50 refund for the replacement bolts and scratches. Will update again if/when I receive the replacement fork! 🤞🏼 I originally purchased this because of the overall lower cost compared to others. The cons: Trike arrived with parts scratched, missing bolts, and no suspension or lock out on the front fork as advertised on their website. I contacted the seller who said “oh lock out isn’t on the “new” version of these. Sorry!” and insisted there was suspension when inside the fork there is nothing. It’s hollow. My husband tried pushing down on the front fork and it does not budge. Front is very stiff. Seller is no help. Basically says “it’s there sorry”. No. It’s not. Maybe it doesn’t matter to most folks or maybe they got actual forks with working suspension but just be aware. Had to run to hardware store for a few missing pieces. Fenders were scratched because of not so great packaging. Also the rear breaks squeal all the time and have since day one. The pros: The trike arrived fast. It’s easy to use. Took about an hour to put together including a run to the store.

Received this about a week ago and these are my thoughts after week one. So much fun! This one folds, so it was super easy to assemble. The size is great, I'm 5'4" and my daughter is 4'9" and we can both ride comfortably. We take trails, some dirt and it rides awesome on both, including roads. I do wish the blinkers were on the front as well, just for more safety but I'm happy that we have them on the back! My daughter bought her own and we take them out nightly. Last night, we rode for a little over 2 hours and mine was close to dead but we averaged about 4 miles, so I'm confused on why the battery drained so fast. Definitely worth the money. We will be using them for a couple more weeks to just make sure we are still in long with them and we will invest in review mirror! I love the colors! Mine is the Orange (or Cinnamon) and my daughter has the robin egg blue one. Love that they have 2 baskets too, we have room for our dogs (eventually) and bags and drinks to take along as well. I will update after I've had it for a few weeks but so far, I'm in love. (I do feel the fenders are a bit flimsy and my daughters dented fairly easy, our fault they dented but I don't feel they should have but does not affect how the bike rides) Love the 3 wheels as I am getting older and don't have to worry about balancing or putting my feet down at every corner.

I am really enjoying this scooter and I love the color. However, it does take a little getting used to in regards to how it handles. The basket on the front does not move with the wheel, so it creates a little bit of an optical illusion when you make a turn. The basket is going forward and the handlebars are turning a little disorienting at first, but you get used to it.

Customer service is prompt, but gives you the run around! My TK1 arrived with a dented fender, but I was given a small rebate for that. Requested an additional battery, but that is not available. Ordered a seat with a back support, and that arrived promptly. However the bolt securing the seat support needs to be removed to be used on the new seat, but it is impossibly tight. Wrecked 2 allan keys in the process. Asked for a second seat support. Nope, not available. Suggested I take it to a bike shop to be removed. Not an option for me as there are none close. I'm almost to the point of returning the entire bike to Mooncool as I don't feel very positive about future support if needed. As well, the instructions and manual are very confusing and difficult to understand. Just not a happy customer at all.
