Really good quality milk powder that really comes in clutch when you're out of milk in the fridge
I've bought this milk powder a few times now because of how useful it's been in some recipes. Sometimes I need milk but am out, and don't have time to run to the store. This powder works perfectly in those situations. It tastes ok by itself, and you do need ot mix it well, but for mixing into a recipe the difference in flavor compared to real milk makes almost no difference.

Best Gluten free (and Keto) hamburger buns of my LIFE
I made Keto hamburger buns and they were the best tasting and textured gluten free buns we've ever had (celiac household). Youtube Beef Boss recipe: 2 large eggs (or 4 very small eggs) 1 1/2 cups milk powder (ca 140 g) ((I used 1 cup of this non-fat milk powder) 1 tbsp baking powder (ca 13 g) 1. Whisk the eggs and add the baking powder. 2. Gradually add the powdered milk and mix with a spatula until you get a sticky batter. 3. Fill a bowl with water (you’ll need it!) and wet your hands and a spoon. Shape the batter into about 6 small, round buns. If it gets too sticky, wet your hands again. 4. Place them on baking paper and bake for about 11-13 minutes at 350°F. 5. Let them cool and enjoy these delicious carnivore rolls! Tips - If the batter is so sticky that you can’t shape it into balls, even after wetting your hands, add a bit more powdered milk! - Don’t skimp on the baking powder. If you do, the rolls will collapse

Good taste, but it takes time to blend
So it seems there are empty shelves at the market for bags of dry milk. I bought Anthony’s because I have purchased other products of theirs. It tastes good however you just can’t be in a rush to blend with water or you have plenty of lumps!!! Room temp, hot or cold water results are all similar.

Great Quality
Nice consistency and quality. Never disappointed in any Anthony's products.

Excellent for bread baking--softer crusts.
I use this powder primarily to bake bread. It makes the bread more tender and the crust softer. I bake mostly rye-sourdough. It was coming out with a bit tougher crust. The addition of one tablespoon of this powder per loaf has really made a difference. I cannot rate it for drinkability but it's excellent for bread baking.

OK, In a pinch
First Review: (⭐️) All I drink is powdered milk... this is disgusting. AVOID! It has a chemical smell and tastes a bit off. It also does not blend well. Anthony’s has other good products, but this is a flop. Will NOT repurchase. I hate wasting products therefore I’m still trying to make this milk work. I have been blending it with coffee and tea, but it just clumps up. 😫 I’m going to try to reconstitute a batch and see if it makes a difference. Updated Review: (⭐️⭐️⭐️) I tried reconstituting with cold water that also did not work well. The only thing that worked for me was blending all beverages with a milk frother or immersion blender. I don’t know what’s up with this milk, but it dosent just dissolve like other brands. More power is needed to complete the dissolution. I probably won’t repurchase unless it’s the only option. Overall not horrible, but also not the best.
