Excellent product, I originally found cordyceps tincture at a specialty shop at about 3 times the prices of this product. North spore provides the same boost and tastes better. I highly recommend

Doesn't seem to work like mycelium-based does. I decided to give it a shot because it's cheaper than the mycelium based products I was buying. North Spore claims the fruiting body is more potent. I did not find this to be the case. I purchased it two or three times to be sure. I will be going back to mycelium. Fruiting body appears to be a marketing ploy and not based on scientific evidence, and certainly didn't meet my expectations anecdotally.

This is a review for North Spore Cordyceps Mushroom Extract Tincture. The only real issue I have is that the manufacturer does not show the ingredients panel for these Mushroom Extract drops. Knowing what is in any product that you ingest or apply to the skin is important for customers who have ingredient sensitivities. As a customer you shouldn't have to search for this information. Other than that, this is a fantastic Mushroom extract! The flavor is a little alcoholic due to the 30% alcohol used for extraction and preservation and it is also a bit bitter. I have remedied this by adding the suggested dosage in an ounce of water. The benefits are the most important thing to be concerned about. I have been using Cordyceps Mushroom Extract from another brand, so I was able to compare. I found North Spore to look 'richer' and the taste more intense than the previous brand I've been using. The benefits usually take a few weeks to notice so the user should be a little patient. Towards the end of the bottle I noticed that noted energy as a "pick me up" in the afternoons with no crashing like coffee for example. The recommended dosage is "1-3 full droppers to a beverage, or place directly on your tongue. Use 1-3 times daily or as needed." This 2 oz bottle has- up to 60 servings. North Spore is a small American business since 2014 based in Maine. Their products are non-Gmo, organic, and 3rd party lab tested and made from 100% fruiting bodies. The manufacturing facility is c-GMP. On their website they describe in detail all the processes in growing, selecting and manufacturing their extracts. It is super interesting. I highly recommend North Spore Cordyceps Mushroom Extracts.

This is a quality-made supplement. I like that it is made with distilled water and is in a dark glass bottle. I like that the packaging has clear, easy-to-understand instructions on how to take this supplement. I like using it in tea and other beverages. It does not change the taste. This is a great value for the cost.

I've been taking liquid mushroom supplements for a couple of years now, and I'm fortunate to experience many good benefits from mushrooms. This cordyceps mushroom extract tincture from North Spore arrived well-sealed with a decent glass dropper. There are measurement markings on the dropper, which makes it easier to know you're taking the amount you choose. It is organic and I appreciate that the source is from the fruiting bodies, which is the preferred way for quality mushroom extracts. That said, be aware that this is an alcohol extract, at 30% alcohol content in the bottle. I prefer to avoid alcohol extracts, but this information was not disclosed in the product description or photos. North Star did not include a photo of the ingredients panel on the box or bottle, so I've done one here with my review. Sellers really need to include accurate information, especially on costly supplements. Their photos here show a 4 oz bottle, but this product is the 2 oz bottle. The taste of this supplement is quite sharp thanks to all that alcohol. Compared to other brands, this is really pricey without a clear reason to justify the cost. I wanted to be able to support a small business, but unfortunately, I would not order this one again.
