what density is the material how many PU mils and how many side snap closures on each side?

It's pretty thin! Don't know the rating though. Thin as you would expect a cheap little poncho. There's either 2 or 3 snaps per side, ones just under the arm to create the arm hole and one at the bottom corners. I'm think there was one in between as well. Works ok. Wind is not your friend in this thing. Walked 3miles in rain and the only thing wet was my shoes
