So I got these to snack on mostly while at work. I have a fast metabolism and I can’t eat at my desk anymore the way I used to. These definitely hold me over between meals and give me a lil energy. And mostly importantly they taste good. They don’t have the usual protein taste. It’s not such a chore eating them. Give them a try.

I've been eating Power Crunch bars on and off for many years. I rely on them when I am cutting back on sugar. These make for an excellent treat if you happen to like the wafer style cookies (or even kitkats). You know.. that style that normally come in vanilla, strawberry, or chocolate. Except these are coated. I would buy a pack, and gobble them all up. Loads of sugar and calories later with no other nutrient value, I would feel a little gross in my belly. So Power Crunch really saves the day. I can use them as a treat, or as a means for boosting protein. I truly enjoy these, and dont just look at them as a consolation prize. I love vanilla, so this flavor is my favorite. I haven't met a variety I haven't liked, but the vanilla is my jam. Not too sweet, not too "protein powder" tasting (that can otherwise ruin a good looking healthy snack bar), and I can stop at one. Which is good because they are 220 calories a piece, not that far off from a regular candy bar. BUT, it isnt loaded with sugar (just 5 added sugars, same as a gummy vitamin), and it is a good size. I feel satisfied with one. The sweetness level is low on these. If you are used to eating lots of sweet things, then this may taste more bland. I find that true of most things when I switch from sugar laden diet to a sugar restricted diet. Takes awhile for taste buds to adjust. So keep that in mind if you are just starting off and are looking for treat alternatives. If you have been cutting sugar, then this is a perfect level of sweet. Just enough to be tasty, yet not enough to be cloying. LOVE IT SO MUCH I would love to see the bar made into two sticks, or two squares.

These are delicious. I have them on subscription. They ate hard to find in stores so happy to be able to buy them here. Unfortunately they dont deliver in the warner months because they will melt
