This product works well for me. Several times I've ran out then 3-5 days later my energy level crashes. Once back on this product I am back with feeling energized.

The pills come lung together in one big lump in the bottle. Some of them are just ripped in half and all the fluid is leaking out of them. They’re just not worse not worth the money and can’t even tell whether they’re doing anything.

I’m all about a supplement! Pop them in your mouth, take a sip, and go on about your day knowing you did something for future you. I love it. My TikTok algorithm, of course, did its thing and ad after ad popped up about NAD+. I mean the celebrities were taking it and raving about it and doctors were backing it up. BUT!!! NAD+ is too large and unstable to be absorbed efficiently through the digestive system. The precursors to NAD+, NR (Nicotinamide Riboside) is smaller and can more effectively absorbed. That is backed by research and is proven with results. That’s great because this supplement has NR… just a very small amount compared to the massive amount of NAD+ that simply cannot be absorbed. We’re talking 200mg vs. 1800mg, for what? Basically, get a NAD+ supplement that focuses more on the precursors of NAD+, because the 1800mg boasted about, is basically filler. The liposomal aspect has not been backed by research. I had to look it up, to be honest, the buzz words originally got me. Basically liposomal NAD+ is NAD+ surrounded by lipids or fats to protect it from the digestive system’s acids. That still does not address the fact that your body can’t absorb it. One other little fact I came across while reading some research studies on NAD+ is that the results take some time. And I’m talking about objective initial NAD+ levels in the body before taking supplements and after AT LEAST 3 months - 6 months. It’s a marketing scam backed by actual science, just not the whole story. With all that being said I do actually like the company. But the marketing aspect made me respect them a little less
