A GO-TO PRODUCT FOR MAXIMUM IMMUNE SUPPORT
Oregano Oil is my first go-to immune support product that I that I have used to ameliorate a plethora of ailments. I have found it useful in relieving bronchitis, bacterial infections, viruses, fungal infections and as a parasitic cleansing agent. Oregano oil is a natural product with a rich history of immune support properties that covers a time period of more than 2500 years. The Romans referred to oregano oil as "origanum," which is derived from the Greek words "oros" meaning mountain and "ganos" meaning joy. The ancient writings in the Bible also refer to this amazing product twelve different times by its biblical name, hyssop. Wild C93° Oregano with garlic should not be confused with the food seasoning also called oregano. These two products are derived from two completely different plants. The active immune support ingredient in oregano oil comes from the origanum vulgare plant. And, the best plants are grown wild and can only be found in the Mediterranean Regions. The primary immune support proponent in oregano oil is called carvacrol and must contain a minimum 93% of this active particular if it is to be effective in its support of optimal health. It should be noted that WILD origanum vulgare plants are more potent than organically grown cultivated plants. WILD plants are naturally grown in the high mountains of Turkey and it is the ONLY climate and soil that can produce the highest quality plants containing carvacrol. These wild plants are never sprayed with synthetic poisons and are always non GMO. Wild oregano oil contains vitamins K, A, C, E Complex, B Complex and minerals such as potassium, zinc, magnesium, iron, calcium, potassium, copper, manganese and niacin. The added garlic supplies additional vitamin B 6, manganese and other immune supporting properties. It is important to look for the word "organic" when choosing garlic for medicinal purposes. Almost all fresh non organic garlic that is purchased in the marketplace has been radiated in order to preserve its shelf life. However, radiation destroys all of the medicinal properties in garlic. And, continuing with the theme pertaining to this company's high standards of quality, Wild C93° with garlic is put through a refining process that preserves all of the immune supporting properties contained within their organic garlic. Wild C93° Oregano with the garlic is a pure concentrate and should be diluted with a carrier oil before consuming as it can burn the mouth and the esophagus if taken full strength. I have used olive oil and coconut oil as carrier oils. However, my favorite way of diluting it is to put 3 drops of oregano oil in a half cup of milk. The oregano oil and the carrier oil is then swished in the mouth and held under the tongue for approximately one minute. The Oregano Oil will be absorbed directly into the blood stream when taken in this manner. Oregano oil can be either swallowed or spit out. If you choose to swallow it, the active ingredient will also be absorbed through the esophagus and the stomach lining and will go directly into the blood stream. I have personally swallowed oregano oil in small amounts for many years with no ill effects. However, if you choose to spit out the oregano oil after it has been absorbed through the mouth you will still benefit from its immune support properties. Don't be misled by cheeper or diluted brands of oregano oil. Look for brands that are grown wild and come from the regions of the Mediterranean and contain a minimum of 93% carvacrol. I have tried several brands of oregano oil through the years but this brand is the best that I have used so far. Wild C93° Oregano Oil plants are properly grown wild in the pristine Anatolian Mountains in Turkey and contains 93% carvacrol with maximum immune support properties. Wild C93° Oregano Oil with garlic comes in a dark bottle that prevents the light from diminishing its active ingredients. It is also supplied with an eyedropper needed for exact measurements. I highly recommend Wild C93° Oregano Oil with Garlic and consider it to be the best brand on the market. And, it is reasonably priced on Amazon. Buy it. You won't be disappointed. DISCLAIMER This information should not be used to diagnose or treat any set of medical conditions. Always consult with your doctor for consultation concerning medical health conditions. Oregano oil may negatively interfere with some medications and pregnant women or woman who are breastfeeding should not consume oregano oil internally. Oregano should not be considered to be a daily food supplement. It should only be used to treat specific illnesses and then discontinued until needed again in similar health situations.

Has minutiflorum vs. the more common vulgare oregano species.
I have taken oil of oregano off and on for decades. I always believed that the vulgare variety was the preferred. But after researching minutiflorum, I feel it might be the better choice, although both varieties are beneficial. Minutiflorum can only be grown wild and thrives in high altitudes. It is found only in Turkey. In comparison, vulgare is grown wild worldwide, and you can even grow it yourself. Another major difference is that minutiflorum is non-standardized, while vulgare is standardized. I learned that the carvacrol level of minutiflorum is naturally high, so standardization isn’t necessary. This oil of oregano ticks off some of my must-have boxes: wild grown, steam distilled or cold pressed, no additives or unnecessary ingredients, lab tested and a long expiration date. This is made in Canada, so I feel better about that than another product made in China. The carvacrol in this supplement is the highest I’ve taken. It is super potent. You can take two drops under your tongue or put them in 30 ml of water, juice or another liquid. I have never been good at putting drops under my tongue since I can’t see what I’m doing and don’t always feel each drop. I did try it and expected a burn. It didn’t burn, but it is very strong tasting! The taste will stay with you for a long time, as with any liquid oregano oil. I usually put the oil in water because I can’t think of any other liquid that wouldn’t taste even more awful with the drops. I swish the water around, drink some, swish some more and repeat until it’s gone. I do this because the oil ends up at the bottom and on the sides. So, when I finish, I add a bit more water, swish to get what is left and drink it. I don’t want any wasted. Regarding dosage, you can take 2 drops up to 10 times daily. However, it says to take it with food. That’s a lot of snacks if you want to do it more than a few times a day. Additionally, you have to take it a few hours before or after taking any supplements containing iron, zinc, calcium or copper, so a conscious effort needs to be made to do that. All vitamins contain at least one of these, and usually all four. I have to store my bottles of oil of oregano in a zippered bag or plastic or glass container because the smell is overwhelming. How it escapes through the bottle it comes in is beyond me. After you use it, the smell will linger in the house for quite a while. I have to use a room freshener sometimes to get rid of it. This is a very powerful and potent oil of oregano. The quality is excellent. I’m glad I have the chance to see what results I get with minutiflorum compared to my usual vulgare variety.
