Really good at killing my cravings to snack. I had to use it twice a day before I could really known it was working. I enjoy it and I’m bring my water in. It is not gritty, good flavor. I added a picture of the jar I drink it in and the flavor is still bold but not overpowering.

I'll give this product a solid 3 stars. The flavor is actually really pleasing. The powder mixes in seamlessly in the water, with some good shaking. I haven't tried stirring it into a drink, so I can't say if there is a difference there. I feel like it helps keep me hydrated, but, I am drinking a lot of water so that's kind of a given. For the claim, crave killer, now that I just can't agree with. I've been on a strict diet for 9 months. I'm good with control of cravings. I thought, if this worked as titled, it might help on those harder days. Unfortunately, besides upkeep of my hydration, I have seen no noticeable benefit from this product. I will not be purchasing again. I feel like it's claim to help curve cravings, is definitely false advertising and gimmicky. All on top of being expensive, for what you get.

Nice mellow flavor, does not help kick cravings with me, Still get the electrolytes. I love that they have zero sugar and you 0carbs.
