What can I say about Habbersett Scrapple? It's one of those Pennsylvania things you're brought up on. Mom knew just how to prepare it. It's a tasty brick of goodness that gets sliced and fried. Ingredients include everything left over from the pig that isn't used for something else, cornmeal, seasonings that taste sausage-y. This is an always successful gift for my brother in Oregon, where Scrapple is unheard of.
