Just as other customers have said, this product does not stay in place not matter how tightly it is strapped to the knee. The company needs to return to the drawing board.

Slips out of position easily and Velcro can be uncomfortable because of where I had to place tabs to try and make brace tight

Too small for knee
I did not like it due to it being really small and made my knee hurt worst.

It does do the job.
it does the job but it is a little snug on the back of my knee and it takes some getting used to. Just a little uncomfortable. I have been using this for about a 1 1/2 weeks and still is the same. Not sure about the benefit yet. I just need more time to use it to really say how it works.
