This is perfect for when my jaw hurts due to stress, it truly does relieve the pain! It fits my head well, 5' 9" female with a bit of a large noggin, and was a great purchase.

Hears well, covers my jaw, does the job.

Arrived a day early which was appreciated because I was in a tremendous amount of pain with an impacted saliva gland. My neck and jaw were severely swollen. This help a lot. My only complaint is the straps that are supposed to go around your neck are not nearly long enough and are pretty much useless. Otherwise, great little heating pad for the jaw. It is easy to setup and heats well. I like the timer can be extended to 90 minutes.

Looks like a re-purposed sleep mask with a heating element. Size is way too small for any reasonable adult, and will not even fit my teenager's meager head. Functionally, it warms up as it says it will. However, that's about the only thing I can say was a success with this order. I wouldn't rate this as an easy to use product, either, because of the effort required to force fit it onto an adult's head. Crushing a head and dislocating a jaw is neither easy, nor recommended. All in all, you'd be better just getting one of those rubber water bottles and heating your face the old school way. This one only succeeds in warming your injured jaw/cheek/head if you get really hot when angry... and yes, it will make you angry.

This product delivers great heat and does a solid job at relaxing my jaw muscles. I experience frequent TMJ pain, and I do feel noticeably more relaxed and comfortable after using it. The warmth helps soothe the tension in my jaw, and it’s become part of my regular routine. However, I’m giving it 3 stars because the instructions were very difficult to follow. It took me nearly 30 minutes to figure out how to put it on correctly, and even then, I wasn’t totally sure I had it right. The included images weren’t very helpful, and the design could definitely be more intuitive. Even now, I sometimes wonder if I’m still using it wrong. Also, I noticed that the heat starts to fade after a short period of time, which is a bit disappointing during longer sessions. Overall, it works well once you figure it out, but clearer instructions and more consistent heat would make it a much better product. I would still recommend this product, as it provides good relief.

This has been amazing. I had dental work done, which triggered my TMJ, and I have been miserable. I ordered this and it feels so good! I don't turn it up as high as it can go, but it definitely starts to get warms asap. And I love the timer option too. I have been it at night before bed (to hopefully help lessens tension as I sleep), and it's been working great! The first time I used it, it was a little tricky to get on, but that was just user error. Now it's a breeze. I've recommended it to people I know that also have TMJ!

I am new to the Tmj world after getting a tooth extracted. Although I’m not cured this product definitely helps ease some of the pain. . Heat level could be better but beats needing to hold a water hot water bottle to my face . Material is soft and not irritating although I did hand wash before use

Got this for my 9-year-old daughter who currently suffers with TMJ. It helps get her some relief when it’s really flaring up for her it’s super easy to use and worth the money. Quality, size, and helps her get comfortable.
