My kids love this thing and I myself have been caught staring at it as well. It’s a fun thing to have as a night light or just to add to an oceanic vibe. The top screws on and the lid has rubber around the edge so the water doesn’t leek out if the to is on properly and it gets knocked over. The tank itself is plastic so I don’t have t worry about glass breaking but my kiddos (8,6, &2) haven’t had any crazy mishaps. I bought it for my 8yo and the younger ones know not to mess with his stuff too much. A lot of features on the remote too.

Sometimes the jelly fish gets stuck but just tilting it seems to work. No complaints other then that.

The motor is not silent and then died.
The media could not be loaded. Stopped working after about 5 hours of use over a few days.
