This kimchee is amazing. I didn't think anything would come close to my mom's kimchee, but this nailed it. Ive experienced the horrors of store-bought kimchee, saying authentic but was terrible. The price is worth it when you compare prices on a small jar of fake kimchee. Ive told my friends about it, and they are also planning on ordering some as well. It is sooo good you don't want to stop eating it. The spice is perfect, and the kimchee isn't super sour or mushy. Also, it is not shredded so you get the big pieces with a nice crunch....now Ive made myself hungry writing this review. Time for kimchee and rice.

My kimchi arrived today. In perfect condition. It was very well packed. I opened the bag right away and transferred the kimchi to Mason jars and refrigerated. This kimchi is very good. It has just the right of spice to it. I love this kimchi and so will you. If you like kimchi already, you should buy this kimchi it's wonderful. And adding a fermented food to your diet is very good for you and your gut biome.

This is the best Kimchi in my opinion, good heat but not too much. Great flavor and crunchy not soggy, yum

This stuff is absolutely awesome. It's delicious and the heat level is just right for the quantity I like to eat at a time. I believe kimchi is magic for our gut health, and I'm so happy to find this particular product. It's the REAL THING.

Don’t have any options around where I live for kimchi. Moved from out of state where I can get it all the time at a Korean grocery store. I was skeptical at first ordering it online but after reading the reviews I said why not. I’d like there to have the option for faster shipping and I’d gladly pay for it. Now that it’s getting hot out, I’d recommend at least 2 ice packs instead of just one small one. Even though the ice pack was melted after taking 3-4 days for delivery, the product was somewhat cool but warm in spots. But the product itself was fine. I’d recommend opening the package for the first time outside. If you know you know. The kimchi itself tasted great and has a nice crunch to it. I have a kimchi storage bin that keeps it fresh for months in the fridge. I wish there was a spicier option but this one had good flavor. I will definitely be ordering from this company again for sure.

I’ve ordered this product before and have had no problems. On this order one package came in leaking due to it being swollen, due to the fermentation. All the fluid leaked out. The second pouch was OK. Secondly, it is highly recommended more ice packs or placed inside. One small ice pack per package is not enough. Both packages were very warm.

Kimchi is spicy but delicious

Very well balanced, perfect amount of funk, freshness, bite, and tang. I’ve had a variety of kimchis from homemade to purchased at specialty stores but this is the top, bar none.
