If you want your hair to look dry and frizzy, this is the dryer for you. Very disappointed.

The hair dryer itself is great but the adaptor for Europe DID NOT WORK in Italy!
The hair dryer itself is great and light but the adaptor for Europe DID NOT WORK in Italy! The space between the plugs don’t match the outlets there. I am glad I had my other adaptors. I wonder if they can send me a safe adaptor that works in Europe! It is not a cheap product!
