I bought this gun back in 2023, and I can confidently say this is great for beginners. After two+ years I finally need to upgrade. Here’s my honest review:•The needle is a little hard to get in at first, depending on the brand of needle you’re using. After locking into place though, I’ve never had it come loose while I’m using it•The battery life is a lot shorter than advertised. It might have been 6 hours when I first purchased it, but at this point it’s more like 3.5.•The motor on the gun has definitely declined over time, but that’s to be expected. I tattoo fairly regularly and now my voltage is a little weaker than it used to be.•The hold is not the most comfortable on its own. I add self adhesive bandages to the gun around where I hold every time I tattoo. I’ve added a machine protector to my setup as well. That’s been the best set up so far for meDon’t bother using anything else in this kit. If you’re serious about learning, go spend a little money on better supplies. Especially needles and ink!

I've done about 30 tats with it & had 0 problems-i dont work in a shop & do house calls instead-i recommend buying a second battery tho like I did-only reason is when the battery goes dead, it's dead-& without warning
