A very enjoyable change from malt whiskies
I came to try this drink, not from the younger tequilas but as an avid single malt scotch drinker who was looking for something a little different to enjoy.As such, the oakiness and hint of vanilla were reassuringly familiar, but yet with that exotic taste of agave laced across the palate. This makes for a very smooth, sippable drink with enough complexity to make me come back for a second bottle...

Awesome value for money for an Anejo
Don't let the brand name put you off, the Anejo in this range is VERY tasty and fantastic value for money.

Mexican Tequilla
I've bought this tequila in Mexico and I wanted to replace it immediately after finishing it. So, I've only found it here and bought it. The taste is different so I am not quite sure what the export process consists of but I guess that you generally get these diferences with anything, anywhere. Unfortunately the bottle came without that plastic thingy that is usually on spirit bottles.

Recommend for whisky drinkers
Very tasty tequila that is very similar to a whisky, but with the undertones of tequila. Incredible on it's own, over ice or with tonic and a squeeze of lime. Will be buying another bottle. Would recommend to whiskey drinkers looking to mix it up.

Forget The Pre-Conceptions You Have Of Tequila
The wife wanted to get into Tequila for reasons I can't fathom, given my utter loathing of it as concept from back in the hazy uni life i once had...We did a bit of research and looked at the Anejo's and Reposados and thought we'd dip our toes in with the El Jimador, and i was pleasantly surprised when taking a sip that it didn't end up on the other side of the room in 1 second flat. As a whiskey drinker I found the taste to be in that ballpark with none of that strange near-oiliness mouthfeel I remeber from normal Tequila. Works well as a sipper as well as a mixer and now a convert!

Well priced 'introductory' sipping tequila
Very nice sipping tequila at a very good price - there are, of course, nicer sipping tequila's out there but if you are less of a conniseur or new to the idea of sipping tequila you can't go far wrong. Always a bottle in the cupboard to sit alongside the Kah.

Knockoff tequila
This is not real tequila, I love tequila, and this is definitely not it.It doesn't taste nor smell like the real thing.
