I am a 60 yr female and I take these because they’re easier to swallow and they don’t have that fish oil aftertaste. Highly recommended for anyone who needs to take fish oil and you don’t like the aftertaste and you find the larger hard to swallow.

My kids love this supplement! It was recommended by our integrative pediatrician to help with KP/chicken skin. It has not cleared it totally but it definitely helps! The flavor is great and my kids beg to take it daily. They just bite into the gel capsule to deflate it and then swallow.

My twins have been taking these since they were 5 (before they could swallow pills). They were able to chew them and thought they tasted great in strawberry flavor--they loved the "burst" of strawberry when the vitamin popped in their mouth. Now that they are 10, they swallow these with their other vitamins as we made the transition to non-chewable vitamins. These are a great small size for what you get. This brand was recommended by my doctor and we love the quality. No fishy burps!

My 9 year old can swallow these easily and doesn’t notice any flavor. (She’s sensitive to that.). These were recommended by our functional medicine provider for their purity. My husband also takes them and I appreciate not having to purchase two different products.

They looked fine from the packaging but upon opening them, the pills are all stuck together as one single slump. I tried shaking the bottle but nothing would break them loose. Returned. Update - Nordic Naturals reached out to me and provided a replacement and they arrived in perfect as-expected condition. These are great in that they do not taste or smell fishy in any way and do not give any fishy after effects.

My son now 6 yrs old was diagnosed a year ago with ADHD, he's a bright child, friendly, outgoing, but gets easily distracted, specially when bored and also has a low appetite, nevertheless after researching online and trying out several brands, I opted for ProOmega 2000 Jr. 650 mg (586 EPA/456 DHA) for brain function, anti-inflammatory, it reduces symptoms and improves learning. I also give him Multi-mineral supplements (Kids Natural Calm Multi by Natural Vitality) I blended in his juice in the morning it has Magnesium, zinc and calcium; Probiotics; B-Vitamins and last Calm Kids by Terry Naturals (capsules) which helps him focus and concentrate. No sugar at all, natural sugar instead like fresh fruits in the daytime, absolutely no sodas and a balance meal. He used to love greens when he was a baby now he can't stand to see them, I pureed them and mix in with his foods. So far so good, its better than medicating. Don't forget exercise so he can burn off all that energy, extremely important and a good night sleep (9 hrs min). He's thriving!
