The retro sweets pack was great! I love black licorice, so this was an easy choice for me. Convenient to slip in your pocket to change flavors on the go. The spearmint and cinnamon scent from just carrying the device around is calming for me.

So coming from vaping I don’t think they contain or put out enough flavor when you’re using it. That being said I do think it could help you quit smoking or vaping if you have a good mindset also.
