Hola compré un chimenea en septiembre pero la acaban de instalar y no trae el control como puedo adquirirlo, por favor yo sé que es tarde para reclamos pero no funciona sin el control

The product is good. The seller was excellent with customer support. In the end it looks good and is quiet while the flames are on display. We haven’t used the heater option yet. It works, we just haven’t used it to know how quiet it is.

I was at a cabin for Xmas and they had one of these types of wall fireplaces. Not the same model, but this one has more options. Price was right! I got the 72 in because I always go over the top. They have smaller . I wall mounted it in minutes once I found the studs. Directions are great and easy. Assembles easy! Very happy! Time will tell on longevity. They are not terribly expensive. I’m not use to getting more than two years out of room heaters. Heat works well! It will roast you out. We keep it set on 750W than 1500W setting. Easy cost effective way to add some contemporary to your home.

Just want to say customer service is very 100 percent friendly and fast response to customer complaints and service. They fixed my problem and continue following with me the fire place is amazing I’m ready for the holiday now
