I needed something like this to convert a bidet to my toilet since the sockets weren't compatible. Its nice how this has a valve for the T-split so maintaining and detatching is much easier to perfom

Gives a complete air/water tight seal when closed, easy to attach to existing plumbing for running a pony line off. It feels like nickle-coated brass to me and all the threads are nice clean and sharp. This is a perfectly fine fitting. Nice that it comes with the one adapter, I can see lots of situations where it would be used.
