A very basic (totally basic) and most probably unreliable gadget (because this is the only thing I can name it). It does not synchronize with google fit nor ios health. Choose something else if you wish to monitor your health. It is a very good looking ring.

I've been wearing this alongside my new Samsung Galaxy Watch to compare stats and it's really accurate for steps and heart rate in comparison. Very impressive for the money. It looks good, is light and easy to wear and even has fairly accurate sleep tracking. The battery will easily last a week and that's with ongoing monitoring which can be turned to less regular intervals to make the battery last even longer. Easy to charge with the lead that comes with it but no charging box as pictured.I'm struggling to see what a really expensive high end version of this smart ring could do that this doesn't, highly recommended.

Was quite impressed considering the price. Works well, good battery life.Size was bigger than expected and the colour dull, photo made it look much more like a silver ring.Given to my husband who is using every day.

I purchased this as I have recently had a serious health scare where my blood oxygen dropped to 36%. I wanted to keep an eye on it so thought this would be a great idea. It says my rates are always 99%. Even on oxygen, in hospital, they could not achieve this. (My old meter showed 94%). Great gimmick - total waste of money. Don't bother.

Heart rate monitoring is good, and the rest of the tech is satisfactory, apart from the step counter which is silly. As I'm walking it's counting multiple steps because my arm swings.The biggest disappointment is the outer titanium colour. It's scratched and faded after a couple of months. The ring now looks terrible. See pictures.I would look to choose another next time. I don't believe for a second that the £300 version is any better except aesthetically. This cheaper version you don't have to pay for a subscription.If they designed the outer shell better I would buy again.

It’s water proof charge lasts a good few days I was going to buy the I ring for £350 I think I am glad I did not I love this and it light as well there are other smart rings one I have bought a white one that can pay for things in shops but it was to chunky not like the pics on Amazon tried to return it but company don’t do returns so got it on Facebook for free

Another fiddle, shows pictures ring including a nice charging case, in reality you get just the ring rattling about in a box , the inner sponge is obviously made for the charging case but they have removed it and just put the ring in the hole where the case should be ??????, all you get is a 6 inch charging lead, fed up with company's that do this , if it's not included then SAY SO!!!!!!, sending back
