I’ve bought five total and I can tell you why. Soo people are having issues with the device breaking when clearly there’s a warning before you put the two together it explains that bending the phone too far will break the charger port. When taking it out just bend it enough to get your fingers in there. Secondly some are saying the battery has died and even lose it’s charging power. Here’s why it’s a smart battery so you have to let charge fully or every time it will deplete further and would feel like it’s charging to fast. Thirdly people are saying it’s heavy. Well it has recharging capabilities like a car battery they are somewhat heavy. Now congratulations on your new device and just because you read this you’ll probably have a better experience.

Stopped charging the phone 2 days after the return window closed. How convenient.When I plug the charging cord into the case it will now only charge the case. Initially when I first got it , it would charge the case and the phone together. Now I have to take the phone out of the case and charge it seperately. The case will still charge the phone after I press the button but if I left it in the case on the charger , the phone battery would die.

I really love it! It does take a while to charge but the battery last for a while! I have two cases this way while one is getting charged the other one is being used, this has saved me at trips multiple times especially at Disney where there isn’t many places to charge your phone and on long flights!! I love it! 100000% recommend! Also it’s very comfortable to hold!

After using this for a month, I have noticed my battery life on my phone has went down. It will not hold a charge for very long now. Other then that, the case has worked great when I needed it. It fits well on my phone, but may seem alittle bulky.

This product does not work. When I push on the power button it comes on then goes off, this is after charging the product for over 8hrs. I will advise folks not to buy this product. I will return this product and request a refund

I love the quality of the charger case. Very sleek and smooth. Easy to install. My only issue is that it only worked for about a day & a half. Ive seen reviews about how if you pull it out to much then it can break the terminal but i havent taken mine out of the case at all
