Truly 'International' in every sense!
Just Awesome! Good quality materials used inside and outside. It is extremely heavy compared to it's size which tells you that high quality wood has been used to build the internal frame. Foam used is also of good quality. Outside cloth material is again of premium quality. You just need to experience it to believe it! Extremely stylish and contemporary and truly 'International' design. Will transform your living room into a 5 🌟 room instantly. Most importantly, I got a call directly from the owner, Mr. Siddique asking me for my preference in the outer cloth material to be used i.e. Velvet or Molphine. He also answered all my other product related queries and promptly sent me videos and photos on WA. He is still in touch with me enquiring if the product is meeting my expectations. In short, you can expect a truly 'International' product & customer experience from a fully Indian brand. Makes me feel proud! Only area of improvement is to ensure that the courier company has the facility to notify the customers in advance about delivery via SMS/Calls prior delivering the product which was not done by Safexpress.
