Super comfortable. Perfect fit, has eradicated my lower back pain

Went to Europe with a friend who swears by her Hoka runners. I got knock-off tennis shoes, removed the factory liner, and put these insoles inside. Worked like a charm! As the days of walking took their toll, my friend was limping along while I still felt a bounce with every step. The design means your feet are always cushioned not like other insoles that get mashed down after a few weeks. I find it especially difficult to find foam insoles that provide cushioning for the balls of my feet - these do! In addition to cradling my heel in spongy support. I've bought three more to place in my other shoes. I believe they're probably washable as well although I've not tried that yet.

Fits my 8.5 wide us shoes without trimming. Flat, no arch support, just what i needed. Its very soft and has a cool texture feeling in my feet. Does not catch on socks while slipping them on. I'll update again when it breaks down.Edit: I like this so much that I got another one. Fits my 9 wide shoe, no trimming needed. This is great.

Change my feet like new!

Read on the packet that I would need to cut them down to my size (US-10.5), but when offered them up to my old insoles they were almost identical and fit the boots perfectly. Can feel the cushion pockets; it's nice for 20 paces around the house. Will have to wait and see how they feel after a week of 12 hour shifts!Update (second pic): they lasted about 12 weeks, which is great for the price. Probably about 600 hours.
