I’ve been using this coffee airpot carafe with a cleaning brush, and it works really well for keeping beverages hot for long periods of time. It keeps hot water and coffee hot for up to 12 hours, making it perfect for use at home, in the office, or at events. The pump dispenser is very easy to use and pours smoothly without spilling. I also like that it comes with a cleaning brush, which makes cleaning the inside much easier, especially since the opening is narrow. The insulation is strong, and the exterior stays cool to the touch. I’ve used it for coffee, tea, and hot water, and it consistently maintains the temperature for hours. Overall, this is a practical and reliable airpot dispenser. I highly recommend it if you need hot drinks available all day without the need for constant reheating.

Amazing product! It keeps drinks hot for hours. I haven’t tested beyond 12 hours, but my hot cocoa stayed just as warm as when I made it. Super functional. Makes a great gift too! I’d absolutely buy it again if needed.

We think this is a good product, but compared to Thermique (sp?) brand, it doesn't retain the heat of the beverage as long.

Really nice air pot for coffee. I like the fact that is is more squat than my previous one, and easily fits under kitchen cabinets. 2.2 Liter is large enough for a 14-cup coffee maker, so no need to go larger unless you need that capacity. Drip tray is integrated into the design - functional and looks good. Materials seem good, we'll see how long it lasts. Pump action is short and robust. My 10 year old thermal pot was needing 10 to 15 pumps, but that was after 10 years. The inside is stainless, not glass lined. Realistically, it keeps beverages hot for a little more than 4-6 hours (with preheat). Maybe the manufacturer boils water in a kettle for a preheat? I used hot tap water. 12 hours is smoking hopium. Overall i like the shorter size, perfect capacity (for me), look and included drip tray (no more paper towels). UPDATE: I am lowering this air pot to 1 star. It fails to do the one thing you buy it for - keeping beverages hot (not using for cold, so no experience). Even with preheating you might get two hours. The outside gets hot after filling, which means thermal transfer and no insulating. I tried to return, but if you use carafe they only offer partial refunds (and no idea how much that is). How would I know it fails so miserably without trying it? Maybe useful for a commercial setting where it will be refilled every half hour or so. But, if you want to make coffee in the morning and enjoy a hot cup in the afternoon forget it. It will be ice cold. Nice looking but USELESS product. SKIP IT. Look elsewhere.

I'm in a nursing home and three weeks ago someone was burned using the Instant Hot water faucet, so they were all disabled and we've basically been without hot water all this time! They bring up a large pitcher of hot water from the kitchen 3 floors down twice a day, but it is totally inadequate, the water, by the time an aid brings it to me in a cup, is almost luke warm! I LOVE my tea, and bought an electric kettle, but it really wasn't safe and they made me return it. When I fountd the Airpot in Amazon I got so excited, I'm a Prime Member, but it took several days to get here.. the anticipation has been killing me! But it's finally here and an aid took it to the kitchen after cleaning, rinsing and preheating it, had it filled with HOT water and my first cup of tea is steeping! WOW!!! I just took the lid off the cup and tasted my first cup of HOT TEA in weeks!! I'm Thrilled!! I highly recommend the Airpot and noticed it is now available with next day delivery...Oh, I just checked again, and delivery is 5 days, again, but it's worth the wait!! BUY ONE! YOU'LL LOVE IT!!!!
