Sebago Men's Docksides Portland Suede Boat Shoes

Absolutely fascinating, bought it as a gift for my husband, and he liked it a lot, indeed!

I have been wearing Docksider's for almost 50 yrs. I think I have had only 3 pair because they last so long. I expect these to last 20 years as did my last ones. I find Docksiders need to be worn for a few weeks to get broken in. I do not wear socks with my Docksiders and they always feel a little rough at first. I am retired and getting rid of all my other shoes and just keeping these and my sneakers.

Just like I remember from my youth…thick leather, strong thread/stitching, attention to detail. Not so great for walking 10,000 steps a day, but unsurpassed on the pier or boat!

MY HUSBAND LOVES THESE . AS WELL AS MY GRANDSON .. in black! This was interesting! Twenty-three year olds usually don't think it is cool to ask for the same shoes that Grandpa likes! But he actually asked me to order them for him in black just like Grandpa .. for his first teaching/coaching job after college .. how about that! My husband usually wears 10 1/2 or 11 .. in these shoes the 10 1/2 was the best. My grandson usually wears size 11 or 11 1/2 and sometimes size 12.. .. he liked the 11 1/2. Since I have Amazon Prime it as easy to return 2 boxes as return 1 box so I ordered all 3 sizes for my grandson .. he liked the mid size. Hope you find that helpful. These are really a good looking summer/fall shoe in black .. has a black sole .. not just a typical boat shoe .. very nice quality!
