Best and powerful product and performance is more than expected

Have used it continuously for 1 hour to clean SUV. It worked normally. Water pressure is sufficient to clean cars. There is soap dispenser, which comes very handy. Build quality is excellent. Length of power cord as well tube is sufficient hose quick release mechanism is good too. Only gripe is, there is no pointed stream jet mode, which could have been useful to penetrate hard dirt.

Excellent quality product for washing cars, etc. at home. Not for commercial use! Good value for money.

While the Karcher K 2.360 might *work* fine when it actually *works*, my experience has been a nightmare of repeated breakdowns and incredibly slow, ultimately unsuccessful repairs. This is, without a doubt, the poorest quality pressure washer I've ever encountered. The unit I received initially failed after just five months, exhibiting a clear pressure drop due to leaking. I initiated a service request, and to Karcher's credit, the initial request process was smooth. They even emailed me information about the service center, though I was disappointed to discover the nearest one in Kochi wasn’t ideally located. The repair itself took an unacceptable month. I finally received the unit back, only to face the exact same pressure drop issue a mere two months later! Reluctantly, I contacted the same service center and dropped off the product again. This time, however, the experience was even worse. It took nearly two months – filled with countless emails and unanswered phone calls (the service center representative was consistently unreachable) – to get the unit back. Incredibly, the washer broke down *again* after only three months of use post-repair, once again with the same pressure drop. Now, it is completely non-functional and, of course, out of warranty. What's worse, local repair shops are unable to service it due to the imported nature of the washer and its parts. The Karcher K 2.360 has provided nothing but a painful, time-consuming, and ultimately fruitless experience. I would strongly advise anyone considering this pressure washer to look elsewhere. This product is simply not worth the headache, and Karcher's service network in my area (Kochi) proved to be woefully inadequate. I'm left with an expensive piece of useless plastic and a bitter taste in my mouth. This is planned obsolescence at its finest—or, more accurately, its worst. Stay away.

Visited car wash garage seven times for a wash around last month, each time had to return as there was a huge waiting list! Further my family went out of station few weeks back, now my house patio and backyard space had become so full of dust and dirt (I admit am a bit lazy when it comes to house cleaning chores). So out of frustration, I started assessing pressure washers to help me out. Saw a few products offline, reviewed multiple brands and models online and on Amazon, including Bosch, Karcher, Hitachi .... and got thoroughly confused. Almost all of those listings have mixed reviews, and capacities range from 100 bar to up to 140, power consumption from 1200W to 2200W, attachments ranging from a couple to those having a basket of attachments! Finally I chose Karcher, largely because I own a Karcher vacuum cleaner since past 8 years which is still going strong, although is sparingly used. Now I was split among various models of Karcher ... K2s, K2 compacts, K3s, K4s ... Then I though, anything beyond 1500W would be a bit heavy on my electrical systems, that alone eliminated the rest except K2 series. Further studies revealed all other K2 models (Compacts) had hose lengths of 4m or less, and limited attachments, especially the Vario nozzle. Only K2.360 listed a 6m hose, a vario nozzle, and looked of a decent size (show-off?, you bet) and 120 bar of pressure, so K2.360 it was, finally. Ordered, and got it delivered yesterday in around 48 hours flat, thank you so much Amazon! At first glance, the package looked tiny, I was hoping for a pretty large box. Unboxed and assembled the product all by myself (I'm so smart!) within 10 minutes max. The product still looked tiny :(, but decent, I sure was sceptical whether it would really perform, and sure it did. In about 20 minutes, I cleaned my patio, the backyard, garage and the car, and on the side also watered the plants using Vario in soft mode. Absolutely no sweat, and it sure was fun. I am so thrilled using the machine, its great the first time. I look forward to using it more often, will update my review after a longer use. Few points to remember for buyers like me: 1. 6m hose is definitely a better option for reach and convenience, glad I did not choose the Compacts with 4m hose. An 8m hose (if available) would've been even better 2. Vario nozzle is a must for most uses, dirt blaster i reckon might be a bit more harsh on on the car paint job 3. Do get an reliable long, and tall (something similar to a cable reel) extension socket for power supply, must for use beyond patios outdoors. 4. Do get a long water inlet hose (a good quality half inch water pipe is OK), I used a 30 m pipe reel which was very convenient. 5. Tap water works great, I haven't tried using a bucket for water source. However water consumption is much lesser as compared to washing all above using a standard garden hose. Lastly, the product looks cute, but is NOT a toy, handle with care and respect, do not splash directly on to the main unit or cables, or towards an person or pets ... After first use I am a happy customer, and I do hope the happiness lasts a long time. Thank you Karcher and thank you Amazon.
