My favorite new solution to a dirty problem. Far better than black tanks in my opinion and with the upgraded bag feed ring and black bags it makes a dirty job clean simple and easy. Excellent value over other similar systems on the market. Comfortable, great battery life, great operation as long as bag system is installed correctly, The odor-free bags work very well if you can't dispose of right away.. only upgrade or improvement left that I can think of would be a closed base bottom with pull out drawer to contain the dirty bags for a few days before disposal..Great job modiwell, keep up the great work. 😊

This toilet is already an outstanding product on its own—but when paired with phenomenal customer service, it becomes a purchase you can feel confident about for many years of use. The unit is solidly built and thoughtfully designed, making it both easy to use and simple to clean. When used according to the manufacturer’s guidelines, there is absolutely no odor. It’s comfortable, highly portable, and performs exactly as promised. I did encounter a small issue with the bag sealer, but customer service quickly stepped in and resolved it with professionalism and care. The toilet also arrives fully assembled, which makes installation effortless. Overall, this is a reliable, well-engineered product backed by a company that truly stands behind what they make. Great, light weight toilet. Easier cleanup than flushing a black tank for sure. Having it's own internal battery makes boondocking a cinch. The sealed bag sections hold in the smell and the coagulant works well. As others have stated, it's about $1 per flush and there's no other provider for refills. So that can be a bummer. However, the manufacturer is accurate in saying about 30 flushes per bag roll. For the men: First, here is no way I've found to avoid splash back if standing while doing number 1 (I don't dare go right on the heat-sealed seam). Second, while sitting, your part will touch the bag in front. So, scoot back for number one and scoot forward for number two to make sure everything goes into the right spot.

This is a quiet and easy to use (once you understand how to properly load the bag ring) dry toilet, well made, and holds a charge for a long time. We use it camping. The newer black bags will keep users from viewing contents, but I don't know why they have to cost more. The only misrepresentation is that the bags can be recycled. The bags seem to be plastic, and the powder is a polymer-based substance, so I don't think you'll want to put these back into your landscape as instructions show, but into your trash. For us it is a quick solution until we build a cabin and then we will be looking for an incinerating or clivus type toilet.

Easy solution to replace RV flush toilet. The design allowed me to simply cap the water supply and drain before placing the Modiwell right over the top and change the orientation for better ergonomics. We really love how this item removed the need to monitor and dump the black tank. 4 stars because we had multiple E4 errors during our second trip resulting in wasted film as the pinching process had to run twice. And before the company responds, I did read the reasons behind that code, however, the fact it cannot auto fix (by releasing more film itself and retrying?) is a minus in my book. Otherwise, we are very happy with this product after using for two extended weekend trips.
