Further to my earlier review I just found out that the machine does not work at all Please either replace or refund

Good value, quiet, well balanced. Doesn’t shake all over the place like similarly priced models, even when at max rpm. Used for prp extraction and it worked flawlessly.

All the knobs were wobbly and the machine broke after just one use. Have asked for a return and refund. 2/10/21 I received a refund and a replacement machine which works well. Thankyou

Separates the platelet rich Plasma perfectly. It does in high speed move but works well on a lower speed.

Blood separation is less than 5 minutes, which is VERY difficult to set with this timer. Also, if you go past the time you want, you have to wait on the timer counting down in rel time to get back to the time you want. Really bad if you have just twisted it to an hour and you have to wait 55mins to set 5min. This is a MAJOR flaw for our use. The compartment generated quite a lot of heat for just 5mins at 4000 rpm. Finally, no lid interlock can b problematic nowadays. For some uses, it may be OK, but not practical for ours (blood separation)

Machine itself is good but i received in bad condition so have to return it back
