I've been using this thermometer for a while now, and I can't imagine cooking without it. The wireless feature is fantastic; it gives me the freedom to move around while cooking without worrying about losing the connection. The probes are super accurate and the alerts are always on time. I love how easy it is to set up and use. The app is a great addition, making it even easier to monitor temperatures. The build quality is top-notch, and the battery life is impressive. This thermometer has made a significant difference in my cooking, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a reliable and high-quality cooking tool.

I purchased this to replace an “in oven” one I had. But that one had the long braided piece connecting the thermometer & the little screen. Which was already a pain especially with kids around. I LOVE that this is rechargeable & doesn’t use batteries. There’s all the basic settings for whatever type of meat you’re cooking. So you know the minimal temp that you need to get something too. I think it’s really nice too that there’s storage on the back of the handheld to place the probes so you won’t have to stress about losing them or how to store them. This is very self explanatory to use, perfect size for your hand ALSO I haven’t downloaded it but apparently there’s an app you can put on your phone so you can use that instead of the hand held that comes with.

I don't like hot weather, not one little bit. And our daughter likes to ride horses. The stable can get very warm in the summer months, with no A/C, of course and nothing to circulate the air, sitting on the sidelines while she does her riding can be, uncomfortable.Got this to help cool off a bit. Wasn't expecting much as previous portable fans have been disappointing. So far, I'm very pleased. Seems to hold a charge for quite a while. It can get a little noisy at full speed, but not so much as to be a serious distraction. The volume of air it moves, even on the low setting, is what's most impressive. This design seems well thought out. It works really well, and helps keep me a bit cooler, which is all I really needed.The power button is a bit sensitive. I've noticed, just carrying the fan, that I've accidentally turned it on several times. No big deal, just something to be aware of. If you put this in a bag or purse, I could see the potential for accidentally turning it on and running down your battery. Just be aware it's a possible issue.I'm also using it as a small desk fan while working. One thing it would benefit from? A base that would help keep it steady when you just want to stand it up somewhere. You can stand it up as is, but the base isn't that wide, meaning it will fall over with just a slight bump. If this fan came with a removable wide base to make it a stand fan? It would be a great improvement on an already very good product.How long the batteries will hold with charges over time will remain to be seen, but for now, I'm very pleased. Great purchase.

For a handheld, light weight fan this one is okay. Despite other reviews, it doesn’t push air as much as I expected unless you choose a higher setting. This of course, lowers the battery life. Still, on a sultry afternoon, even on a higher setting, it ran for almost three hours. On the lowest setting it’s almost silent and very quiet even on high.

Ive mostly used it for cooking ribeyes and the high temperature protection makes it so I can get the perfect medium rare doneness.

I bought this for my husband because he loves grills. He’s been so excited to use it and has been making steaks more often now. I do recommend it if you have a grill at home, or if you like to barbeque on weekends. It's a small portable device and super simple to understand.

A nice novelty and great product if you have time to charge batteries before each use and can allow a 10 degree variance in cooking temperatures. Purchased in Feb and fully charged batteries. Tried to use 3 different times on smoker after charging batteries again and again and was very unsuccessful.
