I am so sad that I cannot find this at my local store anymore and will be super sad if or when megafood discontinues it. Mushroom Focus has some weirdly calming properties that allow me to actually sit down and focus on a task long enough to complete it, which is saying a lot because I work from home and between the dog and the kids I have plenty of distractions. One point of contention though: they taste TERRIBLE. like, they taste like something super musty and if you don't swallow it quickly it will leave a lingering taste in your mouth. Worth every penny, but getting increasingly difficult to obtain.

Great product! It helps with inflammation and there is no strange taste after taking these tablets. You get a great value for your money. I don’t have issues taking these tablets on an empty stomach.

Easy to swallow. Definitely mushrooms (if you open the capsule). No jitters; easy on the stomach. No cramps, gas, or unpleasant upsets. Take as needed for me.
