Great Design - perfect dosas
Product is of great quality, and design works great - good handle and easy to clean doesn't stick after using for a couple of times, heavy and expected for a cast iron pan but good for single hand use because of the handle. Heat dissipates well, however needs a few tries before you get a perfect dosa - patience is key, no issues from the product side. Good for the price. Using it for a couple of months now and is definitely durable

Excellent cast iron tawa
The cast iron tawa is really good. The video shared by the brand is very helpful to season the pan before usage. The process is very simple and works well. It’s been about a month of using this tawa and we get perfect dosas now since the seasoning has built over time. I just scrub the pan with some salt & apply a thin layer of oil after each use & the pan is in perfect condition.

Its a good dosa tava. Its quite heavy which is expected from a good quality cast iron tava. I wanted to stop using non stick tava for making dosa,chillas etc. But was scared that it will stick if I use cast iron tava. But with proper seasoning and technique everyone can use iron utensils in the kitchen. Its much healthier than non stick cookware. I am very happy with this purchase. I feel pre seasoning could have been a little better but I did the pre seasoning by myself and it was good to go.

Iron Tawa Review
I am really impressed with this iron tawa. The build quality is solid, and the handle makes it very easy to manage while cooking. It heats evenly and gives that authentic taste to rotis, parathas and chilla. Definitely worth buying—great value for money!

Handle very warm after cooking, not able to touch it
Not good product , rusting after first wash only Handle is getting very warm even after silicon rubber coating , not able to lift properly

For Probiotic-Friendly, Protein-Packed Meals, This Pan Delivers
Took a chance on Tramontina and it is fantastic! Perfect for dosas and chillas. Season well and even the first dosa slips right out. By the second one, the browning was beautifully even and almost professional. Find your heat sweet spot with the water sizzle test and you are set. I clean with hot oil and salt rubbed with a paper towel, rinse, heat, oil, and wipe. No soap needed. Cast iron only gets better with use, and this one is also oven compatible, making it truly versatile. Excited to try pizza next!
