Delivery was delayed but contacted customer service and action was taken fast. delivery was done on time but product packaging and product itself didn't feel appealing. i mean, if you can arrange and solve delivery issues within half hour the least we as customers can expect is a good product and packaging. overall, product is good but product quality and packaging could have been much better.
