I purchased these patches because they had the best reviews but were also the most affordable, and they did not disappoint. Other products have a stiff, hard to remove sticker but these are a nice soft, flexible sticker that is both easy to remove in the AM, but does not come unstuck throughout the night. They have a pleasant smell. I like to place them on my foot so it's not too strong for me. They have a very cute design and are super easy to use. I have a lot of difficulty sleeping and have tried everything, and believe that these have helped me sleep better. Nothing will be a miracle but if you have difficulty with sleep, absolutely give these a shot. They are good quality at an affordable price for 42 patches. I brought these with me traveling and loved them.

Worked great the first couple of weeks I used these but after buying a second box, the stickers did not have much adhesive and after you woke up and have the patch on you feel so sleepy then but not right after you put it on at bed. Does not cause any irritation and are a cute design.

I’ve been having problems staying asleep. The patches were an easy fix. You barely feel it on your skin. It has helped me tremendously. Will recommend.

I can’t really tell if these help or not—which isn’t a good sign. But to be fair I have serious sleep issues. Nothing alone is ever enough to keep me from waking up in the middle of the night. But I can usually tell when something is helping, even a little. Not these. I will say that they smell amazing though! And I love the thickness and appearance of them. The adhesive does not irritate my skin. But I often find that it’s come off in the night. Like a lot. Because I don’t know if they actually work or not, I didn’t take much off. I don’t really recommend them though. You can find other sleep aides on here that DO work (and stay on). UPDATE 7-8/25: I was running low on my faves and needed to make them last, so I decided to use one of these to go with the others (until I could get more). You see, one is not enough even with my good ones. I did try two of this kind too but it wasn’t working so I gave them up because I was getting in trouble at work and had no room for rolling the dice. I just had to pray that it would add enough sleepy-time magic to help me get through, in coordination with my heavy duty patch, and IT DID!! I know for a fact that only one of those patches will not do the job, so by adding this one and sleeping straight through I KNOW it was helping. Not only that, after wearing them over several nights (because I had a bunch left) I noted that not a single one fell off. I must have had more sebum or something on my skin back when I was first using them. Your skin has to be perfectly dry, and sadly mine just is these days, naturally. So they stick and stay perfectly now. I added a star for that. And I want to thank the people who suggested wearing two at a time. That is essential for me unfortunately, as it makes it less cost effective. But when you’re desperate you will appreciate anything that works. Again none of these are actually enough alone, but I will wake up without them for sure. So fyi, mix and matching is an option if you have a similar nightmarish issue. Good luck!

I love this patch, gentle to my skin, stay put and I think it works as expected. Perfect size and thickness and not expensive. It works for me

Even using two patches at night, they provide little insomnia relief. Wouldn't recommend this brand.

does work, but tough on skin leaves mark for awhile.
