My brown thumb is now green!
Gotta be clear....I have a unique talent of killing all plants. This mulch is beyond fantastic. I have four potted roses that ate thriving after only a month. Highly recommended.

Really great stuff
This is such a time saver as I don’t have to load and unload heavy bags. This is delivered to my door and once hydrated it is soft and crumbly. Some reviews on other brands mentioned debris in the block, but I have used 3 of the 4 ordered and all have been consistently clean. I am using it in both raised beds and in ground flower beds and it works great in both applications. I think I found my new favorite gardening product.

Nice quality
The media could not be loaded. Excellent product. It expands almost like magic to a great potting soil replacement or addition to soil. Also great for fishing worms.

Great for use in arid climates
Living in such a dry environment, this coconut coir helps lock moisture into our soil. This block expands when you put it in a wheelbarrow and add water. Once it fluffs, it mixes in well with the soil. A great, renewable gardening resource.

Great moisture retention
This is a nice quality coco coir. I'm feeling pretty excited about it to be honest. it absorbed water well. I used warm (a little hotter than lukewarm) and it absorbed the moisture beautifully. It is really compact when it arrives, so it's important to give it enough moisture, time and turning/mixing to get it properly hydrated before adding to your soil mix. It is holding the moisture well, without being soggy.
